Only a few months into 2025, Hong Kong’s most important annual large-scale event – the Hong Kong International Rugby Sevens, is once again staged in Hong Kong!
This year's Hong Kong Sevens continues to bring together teams from different countries to stage multiple different events within three days.

The 2025 Hong Kong Sevens will be held on the last weekend of March this year.
This event will last for 3 days, with a total of more than 70 games taking place simultaneously, and teams from different countries will compete against each other every day.

Hong Kong Sevens Schedule for 28 March 2025 (Friday)
The first day of the Hong Kong Sevens will be scheduled to start on 28 March 2025 (Friday). The day's schedule will begin at 07:30 in the morning, with the youth rugby matches and the mini rugby team matches being scheduled first.
As for the opening ceremony, it will be held on March 28, 2025 (Friday) at 18:30. There will also be multiple football matches in the evening, including teams from New Zealand, Australia and South Africa.
Hong Kong Sevens Schedule for 29 March 2025 (Saturday)
The second day of the Hong Kong Sevens will be held on 29 March 2025 (Saturday), with the day’s matches starting at 07:30am. There will be men's and women's sevens rugby matches on the day, and two music performances will be arranged at 14:30 and 18:30 in the afternoon.
Hong Kong Sevens Schedule for 30 March 2025 (Sunday)
The Hong Kong Sevens finals will be held on 30 March 2025 (Sunday). The first match will start at 10:00 am that day, the Men's Sevens match will be between Japan and China.
On the other hand, several rugby sevens finals will also be held on the same day. If you're planning on watching the most exciting Sevens game ever, then you must be prepared to go to the stadium in person on Sunday to watch the game!
